@mejerryhenson @GetSpectrum I pay $68 a month,includes payments for brand new galaxy 20. pay by the gig since I use wifi 90% of the time....compared to $110-$120 with Verizon, paid off phone,unlimited data...its a no-brainer. service is perfect so far but I'm not traveling around as much.

Oh! I do want to say that I commend @AlloFiber’s efforts and even @GetSpectrum’s when it came to making sure kids in our community could learn in 2020. Still, the issue obviously exists and we’re not talking about it enough. Okaythanksbye.

@Ask_Spectrum A routing issue is throttling my connection to my workplace down to 1-2 Mbps, but a normal speed test is fine. Can you look into this? 😑
